Accommodate
a maximum of 7 person .** Three queen beds, two private bedrooms, third queen bed and
single bed in combination room. Linens are furnished. One full bathroom.
Combination room consist of:

Kitchen with oven, 16 cubic foot refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker (coffee not included), can opener, basic utensils, cabinets and double sink.

Living room area with sofa, loveseat and chair plus "Charter Cable" TV with more than 45 channels.

Queen and twin day beds.

For this larger size apartment, an extra 8,000 BTU Air Conditioner with the units 1.5 ton central heat and air system.
No pets or long time, non-registered guest visit.
Central heat and air condition. Individual 40 gallon hot water heater.
Apartments 12 is upstairs.
**In an effort to provide you safe comfort and show consideration for other lodging guest, apartments 12 accommodates 1 - 7 persons, maximum. Non-walking infants do not fall into the occupancy’s count. Unfortunately, we cannot provide safe cribs and blankets for infants, but you are welcome to bring your own items.
