Our staff does its best to have you in your unit as
soon as setup and cleaning has been completed, 1:30-3:00pm.
Our Blue Marlin Beach Shop, located at 309 Fort Fisher
Boulevard North, Kure Beach, NC 28449, is where a our office is located. (My
family and I live next to our shop.) Our apartments are located over a two block
area. Depending on the number of checkouts, we try to have your unit prepared
between 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm the day of your arrival. Should your arrival go past
7:30 pm, please call us at 800-458-5752 so we may make arrangements for you.
Check-outs are due by 10:30 am of the day of departure.
Bed linens are furnished. While you are on
vacation with us, we will provide you with one set of fresh bath towels/wash
rages daily. We
have basic cooking utensils. We recommend you bring your favorite kitchenware.
(example blenders, waffle irons, frying skillets extra.) Also vacuum cleaners are provided in each apartment. Each apartment has its own 40 gallon hot water heater. (Apartment
#10, 33 gallon). At check-out
time we ask that you clean your dishes and take out your trash to assist our cleaning
staff. Our staff will clean your unit after you depart.
